For sharing airtime, the minimum is KES 5, while the maximum you can sambaza is KES 10,000.

- Go to Okoa/Sambaza (option 2)
- Select Sambaza Airtime (option 3)
- Enter the phone number to sambaza airtime to
- Enter the amount
- If your account balance is sufficient, the airtime will be transfered
Sharing internet data
Want to share your internet bundles instead? No problem!
Here’s how:
- Dial *544#
- Select “Internet Sambaza”
- You might need to select 98 to see more
- The Sambaza option is currently number 15 (so, next screen)
- Select which bundles to sambaza
- Data Bundles (no expiry)
- Normal data bundles with expiry)
- Enter the amount of data to share (in MBs)
- You can sambaza 5 – 5120 MBs.
- Input the recipient’s mobile number
This is perfect for helping out a friend who needs to check their email or scroll through social media.
