eCitizen is the official government platform that provides access to numerous government services for Kenyan citizens, residents, and visitors.
From applying for passports to business registration and land searches, eCitizen simplifies these processes by bringing them online.
The government is also unifying payments for all government services under one umbrella, e-Citizen, the now dubbed Digital Payments Platform.
The Citizen Paybill number 222222 is now the only valid payment number for all government services, replacing all 1448 Paybill numbers that were operational before the Presidential declaration.
Note that the previous 206206 paybill no longer works. You will need to use the new universal Paybill 222222 henceforth.

- Select the service you need, and complete the process.
- As part of your process, you will receive a Reference Number.
