For Ecobank customers, accessing financial services is made effortlessly with the all-comprehensive Ecobank USSD service.
Note that for depositing money from mobile wallets to your Ecobank account, you will need to use the Ecobank Paybill number.
Unlike the Ecobank Mobile App, you don’t need a smartphone to access the service as even a Kadunda phone works as well.

- Self-registration for Ecobank mobile banking by linking your ATM or Debit Card (for existing Ecobank customers)
- Opening an Ecobank Xpress account if you are not an existing Ecobank customer
- Buying Safaricom and Airtel airtime

- Paying for goods and services with EcobankPay
- Bill payments for products such as:
- Paying for government services
- Access RapidTransfer services, allowing you to send and receive money across 33 African countries.
- Accessing pre-approved loans for salaried customers

How to send money from Ecobank to Mpesa or Airtel Money
- On your phone, dial *335#
- Enter your Ecobank PIN
- Go to Transfer Money
- Choose Payment.
- Select Mpesa to send from Ecobank to Mpesa account, or
- Select Airtel Money to transfer money from Ecobank to your Airtel account
- Enter the Airtel or Safaricom phone number to transfer money to
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw to your mobile wallet
- Now select the Ecobank account to debit (source of funds)
- Click submit to finish the transaction.
